This is by the way of an introduction to Mr. Brian Bowman and his firm. Bowman Bros., Inc. In September 1995,
Avian Farms decided to completely renovate a 6,000 sq. ft. building on the Airport Rd. in Waterville, Maine. Our turn
around time was very short, in terms of time of completion; we had just 90 days to complete the project.
The bid went to Bowman Bros. and Brian Bowman managed the complete remodeling process. I am very pleased to
say that everything went extremely smoothly. Everything was completed on time with quality workmanship, and we
brought the job to completion as scheduled and moved into the facility January 1, 1996.
I therefore have total confidence in recommending Bowman Brothers for any contract that they might bid on, even if it is
a fast-track program. They did an exceptional job for us and they have my highest recommendation.

I am pleased to give you a letter of reference. Bowman Bros., in the last year, installed a new handicap accessible
elevator in the B Building in Bangor Mental Health Institute. It should be noted that the B Building is on the Federal
Historical Preservation Register.
The elevator project was completed on schedule. The quality of the workmanship was very good. It is important
especially to note that the contractor worked very well with the owner. I would have no reservations to contract
with Bowman Bros. again if the situation should arise.

Letter of Recommendation
Bowman Brother's Inc. worked as the general contractor for the $120,000 remodeling project of "Janus House" in
Bangor was outstanding. The quality of their work was exceptional, they completed the project in a timely manor,
plus they were willing and able to adjust to changing project needs in order to meet State of Maine requirements.
During all phases of construction, I was impressed with the Bowman's desire to provide the best possible service
to our organization. Without question, I would highly recommend their service to any organization wanting a
quality product at a reasonable, fair price.
I was impressed by their performance at Janus House to the extend that six months later I contracted with Bowman
Brother's to complete a small home improvement project at my business - Tether's End Bed & Breakfast in Holden.
