About Our Company:
Bowman Bros Inc. is a second-generation family owned and operated Construction Company. We specialize in
turnkey commercial, industrial and institutional building projects both new construction and renovations. We
typically serve our customers as the Prime Contractor.

Our office is located in Newport, Maine. Our geographical market area includes the entire state of Maine.
We have a staff of three superintendents, and fifteen to twenty craft persons. All projects are estimated, scheduled
and managed by Brian or Kevin Bowman. Depending on the size of the project we do the following work with our
own forces: earthwork, concrete, steel erection, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roofing, siding, specialties
installation.
We typically contract projects from $25K to $7M and typically have three to four active projects at any one
time. Our annual volume for the past three years is approximately $7 Million per year.
